stainless steel
Each of our weatherstrips has been wrapped in stainless steel inside to enhance the strength of itself. There are various grades and surface finishes of stainless steel to suit each products. The stainless steel can be exposed with high-glossy or semi-glossy surface.
COLD Roll Froming
We design each roll tooling starts with a flower pattern by using CAD/CAE software, which is the sequence of profile cross-sections precisely, one profile for each stand of rolls. A variety of cross-section profiles can be produced, and each profile requires a carefully crafted set of roll tools.
Extrusion machine
The high-quality PVC be wrapped on the raw forming stainless steel with Acrylic resin (adhesive) which makes PVC and steel join together tightly.
inspection
In the initial stage, our inspectors check the details of the well trimming product.
Angled trimming machine
Each product have precise angled trimming of the edge which can fit door / window perfectly.
Bend forming machine
Our product can be bent by using bend forming machine. After well bending, each product will be inspected by using customized Gauge tooling.
Blanking machine
All engineers and operators has more then 20 years experience on operating blacking machine. The trimming hole positions same as OEM parts.
